I have proudly served as President and CEO since July 2013. For 10 years prior, I was Vice-President of the firm. In the short time that I have been President and CEO, I have successfully managed OM Group Inc.’s transition from commercial markets to the federal space

I have been Married for 25 years, and manage to effectively juggle business responsibilities along with family commitments. I reside in Edison, NJ, with my husband and 3 children; two sons who are currently in college and a daughter who is a freshman in high school. In my ‘spare’ time, I enjoy crafting and painting. I am also an avid reader and love to travel.

As the Vice President of OM Group, I oversee Business Development, Operations and Delivery. Prior to OM Group, I spent over 15 years in Product Development and Management as part of large commercial entities such as Motorola, Analog Devices, and BlackBerry. Pivoting my career to launch an IT services organization targeted to serve federal government agencies has been a phenomenally challenging, rewarding, and fulfilling experience.

I have a Masters degree in Engineering and Management from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a Masters in Electrical Engineering from University of Florida. Though I have stopped chasing degrees, I view myself as a lifelong learner. Fun fact – I learnt to swim at age 40! Having moved around a bit, I am now happy to call Northern VA home, and live in Great Falls with my husband and son.

As the Vice President of Strategic Growth, I implement and oversee the execution of the tools, processes and strategies that lead to OM Group’s growth. I have been in the federal contracting space for 25 years, both within the Government and in large and small businesses within industry. From my time with the Defense Department, I have developed a steadfast dedication to supporting those who defend us. Constantly curious, I absorb information every day that helps me shape what I do, and I enjoy sharing what I have learned as a way of paying back those who have helped me along my path.

I am the third generation of my family to graduate from the University of Minnesota (in fact, I was born there) but have lived in Northern Virginia for the past 25+ years. When my wife and I are not tied up raising our three boys and their two dogs, cat and bearded dragon, we enjoy cooking. As a personal claim to fame, I have made dinner for a Secretary of Defense and multiple foreign cabinet ministers.

As the CTO of OM Group, I am responsible for leading the company’s information technology & operations strategy by driving the architecture and delivery of key IT solutions to support OM Group’s growing customer base. I am also spearheading the Cloud & DevOps practice within OM Group. I have helped grow these practices from a nascent solution offering to a revenue generating business line.

Before joining OM Group, I served as Senior Enterprise Architect at Fannie Mae overseeing architecture and design efforts for Credit Risk Management Portfolio. Prior to Fannie Mae, as Senior Director, Solution Delivery at iLink Systems, I managed and grew iLink’s east coast division from few employees to a global delivery team.

I have a Master’s degree in Computer Science and Bachelor’s in Engineering. When not at work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two kids. I am an avid reader; playing badminton and chess have been my lifelong hobbies.
