I have proudly served as President and CEO of OM Group Inc. since July 2013, following a foundational ten-year tenure as Vice President. Under my leadership, the firm successfully pivoted from commercial markets to the federal IT space — a transition that drove rapid growth and success. Today, we specialize in delivering enterprise-level digital transformation for federal agencies.

An empty nester mom to 3 grown adults, I live in Edison, NJ with my husband of over 33 years.

In my spare time, I enjoy crafting and painting. I am also an avid reader and love to travel.

As the COO of OM Group, I oversee Business Development, Operations and Delivery. Prior to OM Group, I spent over 15 years in Product Development and Management as part of large commercial entities such as Motorola, Analog Devices, and BlackBerry. Pivoting my career to launch an IT services organization targeted to serve federal government agencies has been a phenomenally challenging, rewarding, and fulfilling experience.

I have a Masters degree in Engineering and Management from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a Masters in Electrical Engineering from University of Florida. Though I have stopped chasing degrees, I view myself as a lifelong learner. Fun fact – I learnt to swim at age 40! Having moved around a bit, I am now happy to call Northern VA home, and live in Great Falls with my husband, son and dog.

I joined OM Group, Inc. in 2017 and serve as Senior Director of Human Resources. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to help shape not only how we grow as an organization, but also how we support the people who make that growth possible.

I work closely with our leadership team to ensure our people practices align with where the business is headed, while keeping the employee experience at the center of what we do. For me, HR is about more than policies and processes—it’s about building trust, creating opportunities, developing strong teams, and making thoughtful decisions that are right for both our people and the organization.

I’m passionate about creating a workplace where people know they are valued, understand how their work contributes to our success, and have the opportunity to grow with us. As OM Group continues to evolve, my focus remains on building the culture, leadership, and employee experience that will help carry us forward.

I joined OM Group Inc. in November 2019 and currently serve as the Director of Accounting. With more than 20 years of accounting and financial management experience, including nearly a decade supporting government contractors, I oversee the company’s accounting and financial operations.

I hold an MBA in Accounting as well as a degree in Business Administration from George Mason University. I have extensive experience in financial reporting, budgeting, billing, payroll, financial analysis, and government contract accounting. At OM Group, I work closely with leadership and operational teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, strengthen internal processes, support compliance requirements, audits and provide financial insight to help guide the company’s continued growth.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, and staying active.

I joined OM Group in April 2023 and serve as Director of Proposals, bringing nearly 20 years of experience leading strategic capture and proposal efforts across the federal market. Throughout my career, I have managed complex, high-value pursuits, directing cross-functional teams through all phases of the proposal lifecycle, from opportunity assessment and solution development to proposal production, review management, and submission. My expertise includes proposal strategy, compliance management, proposal operations, color team reviews, win themes, executive summaries, and customer-focused storytelling that differentiates solutions and improves win probability.

With Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Communication and Journalism, as well as a degree in Economics, I partner closely with OM Group's executive leadership, technical subject matter experts, and business development professionals to translate complex solicitation requirements into compelling, compliant, and persuasive proposals.

Based in Northern Virginia, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, and traveling.

I have been with OM Group Inc. since November 2017. My first experience with a small business and it was the best decision for me – the company culture, growth opportunities and team/leadership dynamic are both positive and encouraging development.

I have a bachelor's degree in Management, a Graduate Degree in Emergency Management and Homeland Security from Purdue, and am currently enrolled and pursuing my MBA.
